Features include an oversized sliding glass door with extended patio, 300 MBPS Wifi throughout home, 2 smart TV's, all brand new furniture including memory foam mattresses, gourmet kitchen, oversized master shower, Foosball table and much more. Great neighborhood with community park around the corner. Restaurants and shopping is nearby.

This is a newly built home(2022). We put thought into each upgrade to insure that you are comfortable and enjoy the home to its maximum potential. Some of the upgrades include arched entryways, 8 foot doors, gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, 3 panel stacking sliding glass door with extended rear patio, contemporary gas fireplace and an oversized master walk-in shower.

We do our best to make you feel at home. There are plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows, iron and ironing board, each bathroom has its own blowdryer, and we will have complimentary coffee and water upon your arrival.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Graduation weekend

My family and I came to Las Cruces for my son’s college graduation and had a great stay. The house was very clean and spacious. We were able to stay all together which help make dealing with the logistics of the situation very convenient. Venessa was easy to communicate with and the instructions for our stay were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely book this property again.

In town for a birthday celebration. This house accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Had family over for dinner one night and it was great! Newer subdivision conveniently located to many amenities. Very minor hiccup checking in, but property manager was responsive and resolved quickly.

This property is located in a newly built development. The property itself is brand new. Extremely clean! Very well decorated with all the amenities you need. Place is exactly how the photos depict it. Vennesa is a wonderful host.
