Completely run down. Looks like unhoused people are living here. Smoking out front area is covered in cigarette butts. People screaming and yelling arguments at 5am. Towels, sheets bedding is stained. And they canceled my room with an email. I was told to contact the manager by email but he never returned contact. I ended up splitting a room with a friend. And still staying at this crap hole. Freezer in mini fridge is completely closed with ice. Blinds broken. Gross breakfast. Don’t stay here!

We had a great time at the hotel. The room is clean, healthy breakfast and nice amenities, with Indoor swimming pool. They need to work on shoveling and clearing snow for customers safety.
