This is NOT a rating about Tekapo Blue Cottage or its Owner! This is about me booking this property on Expedia, them confirming my booking and when I arrived in New Zealand to this property it was already occupied by another couple and I was then sent another address and property that was NOTHING similar to what I actually booked. Expedia has only offered me a $25 One Key cash credit. Don’t Trust Expedia when booking this property! Contact the Owner direct! Fix the problem Expedia and hold yourself accountable for YOUR mistake!
