We had a wonderful stay here over the holidays. With four families, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, Big Boulder, and Split Rock Resort — which gave us lots of fun activities to choose from during our trip. The property was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully maintained, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions about the home and the check-in/check-out process. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

This host did communicate well before arrival. We had a death of a close friend and tried to reschedule. Understandably, he could not accommodate. One couple did not make the trip but we made the best of it. The home is in need of TLC. The master bath stand up stall had mold around the caulking, a copuple holes in the surroiund wall across from the shower head. The 1 sink stopper in the master bath did not go up and down to drain the water (had to lift with my fingers. There was no air hockey in the play room, the pool table is old, worn and not leveled. No darts for the dart board. The TV in the master bedroom had damage to it prior to arrival (however we were charged to replace it.) The sheets in one of the 1st floor bedrooms were dirty. The toilet on the 1st floor was not working properly. The kitchen table and some chairs were sticky. The game room had not been swept prior to our arrival, there was a candy wrapper under one of the chairs and leaves from the outside were in the entryway. When in the play room - unable to locate the lighting for outside. There was a switch but no lights turned on. The slider to get onto the deck is so hard to open and close. Host states that he uses a 5 star company but that is not what we experienced.

Winter Friend Getaway (NYE)

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this property over the New Year’s Eve holiday for a small 2-night winter getaway. When searching for houses, our only main request with the group was a house with a hot tub and beds for all us to sleep. This house was perfect for just that and very spacious which we loved. Our booking process and check in instructions were very easy, along with the property being at a very good location. The host was very responsive when booking and was able to answer all of our questions about the property. Unfortunately 2 hours before our check in time, our host informed us that the hot tub was missing a part and not available for us to use during our stay; we were very disappointed in this, but do understand that issues happen. When expressing our disappointment to the host, they explained that in the listing it stated that the hot tub is not guaranteed for use (which all 12 of us do not recall seeing when booking back in October). The host did understand and offered the possibility of us using another one of their properties close by as an accommodation. We absolutely would have loved and utilized this option but sadly did not hear back from the host the following day with another property address. Overall, we did really enjoy our stay at this location and the house is great. We followed all house rules and cleaned up according to check out instructions. We just would have enjoyed it more if the hot tub was available. Thank you again!

Perfect getaway

We had a great time. The house has a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, hot tub oitside, a jacuzzi in the master bathroom, fireplace in the living room, fire pit outside, a deck with a grill. It had everything we needed and wanted to enjoy our getaway. The owner was really quick with messaging us back whenever we had questions. There's also a market just 4 minutes away. I 100% recommend this place.

Overall experience was good. Owner was very responsive However there were a few inconveniences. The dishwasher leaked. Boards on deck were loose.

Great place

First time coming to Lake Harmony and it was everything we could want! The house itself had every thing we could possibly need...from air hockey, pingpong and a pool table to an outdoor basketball hoop, hot tub and firepit. We were always playing some sort of game while at the house. The owner was very quick to answer every question we had and made the whole process a breeze. Hope to be back in the future!
