Besides the bathroom needing to be updated it’s a great place to stay. Very clean. You can walk to the local restaurants. Even though you’re on the main strip it’s very quiet. I stayed for 3 nights and I would stay again.

The Admiral is a top-tier Lake George motel. It's conveniently located, quite well-kept and the staff is very friendly and attentive. It's also set back a bit from the main street so road noise is not a distraction and the heated pool is very inviting. I wish it were open year-round but one can't have everything!

Although a little dated, beds were comfortable, linens clean. The clothes rack was inconvenient as we could not hang things because the refrigerator was beneath it and blocked vertical space. There was some noise coming from trucks delivering to buildings behind us. Also we did not get a chance to try the pool as the weather was not cooperating when we were there. But definitely worth the cost.

It was a fall weekend, but we got to enjoy the pool (the owners even cleaned the leaves and brought out fresh towels). The outdoor seating was great to hang out in between walking downtown. Rooms were clean and upkept.
