I never leave negative reviews so I hate to do this. For one, upon check in, I was required to pay a 10% "fee" that supposedly Expedia charges the property.
It was obvious that the room hadn't been tended to in a while, because it was dusty. This is a lower star property, but cleanliness spans star rating. The drapes were torn, fixtures in bathroom had water spots, window in bathroom was dirty.
The chair to the desk was missing an arm. Walls were dirty. In the hallways the floor was filthy with dirt, dried gum, etc. Had I not paid through Expedia I would have asked for a refund and left to find another place to stay.
I booked this property in a hurry due to the positive reviews on this Expedia, but I am wondering if those were not legitimate reviews. I was in room 329.
Sidenote, the breakfast offerings were plenty.
