The home was so beautiful! The views of the lake were amazing! The dock was so refreshing to sit on and listen to the lake. The home had eveything we could need! The pool table, hot tub and games were all so fun!!! We had such a great time! Our fur babies also felt at home, which was a huge plus. The home was very clean, the Host had great communication! The parking was abundant.
View of the back of the home was breathtaking!
Celebrated the birthday of a loved one that passed. Such a beautiful, serene perfect place to do it!

Lake views for days

Our group loved the house! Great views of the lake. Hot tub at night was amazing. Definitely want to go back in the summer.

I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful trip we had! The house was beautiful and the view was something that you just need to see in person. Pictures do not do it justice. My kids loved the kayaks and paddle board. They fished whenever they wanted and I’m pretty sure my two dogs are depressed that we’re not there anymore.! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Stunning Views

Escape to the lake

We thoroughly enjoyed the lakeside location, gorgeous surrounds, peaceful location and amazing cabin. Our host was amazingly kind and helpful. This was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend to everyone looking for a similar adventure!

Lakeside Stay

The Sunset Sanctuary is in an ideal location. The outside deck and dock are a nice place to sit and relax by the water. The house was clean and provided enough space for our party of 4. It was too cold for us to use kayaks on the water, but there was plenty of firewood provided. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Absolute Serenity!

This house is beautiful and the lake view is truly serene and stunning! We found everything to be clean and comfortable. We had a great time and this place is a top notch property. It was a lovely, spacious home in a great location on Lake Henry.

Family Getaway

There were several items broken, chair and umbrella, the grill had food particles left on it, several of the fry pans were never cleaned properly. The house and location was great Despite some issues, we had a great time.

Another wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful house and we were not disappointed. This home is beautiful and cozy and extremely clean. The owners are wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. We had one small issue no fault of the owners and they responded immediately and helped us out. Once again we had a perfect stay

Beautiful weekend getaway

Excellent, beautifully decorated and well stocked lake home. We felt at home immediately and enjoyed all of the thoughtful details of this home. Looking forward to a potential follow up trip when we can fully explore the area and enjoy being on or in Lake Henry! Highly recommended.

Great weekend getaway

Terrific house with amazing views. Was able to take a long weekend Getaway with the family. Kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, campfires and an amazing hot tub. Was exactly what our family needed. Definitely interested in coming back. Owners are fantastic and very responsive.

Amazing mom daughter fall trip

Loved looking out the back window towards the lake and seeing all of the colors of the leaves on the trees. The hot tub was amazing and was nice to enjoy after our hikes. The house was very roomy for us and awesome to be able to cook dinners. The beds were comfortable and the location worked out for us to use the house as home base and drive to Honesdale, Hawley, Jim Thorpe and the Delaware Water Gap. Two thumbs up for this rental!!

Beautiful View!

House was clean, well designed, and had everything we needed for our stay (kitchen well equipped for cooking). Pictures are very accurate. Communications and instructions from the host were clear. The view of the lake is amazing and everyone in our group (including our dog!) greatly enjoyed our stay.
