Liked the quiet and friendly neighbor hood. The drive in and out of property is challenging, would help to cut brush for better view. Dryer did not work but made do. Was not quite sure what to do. Contacted office but not told what would happen. Overall a great stay and peaceful.

We had a great stay! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with dishware. The only thing I would update is the furniture in the living room. This property is in a great location, and excited to return to see the growth around it.

Absolutely stunning. Comfortable, clean, beds were very comfy, bathrooms were big enough for a family of four. We were a little worried about our little guy on the stairs, but he did great. My husband and I are already talking about our next trip to Maui, and staying in the same place. Pool is close, so is the beach.

Great location, clean, nice AC
Townhouse is in a great location on the property. Close to pool but not directly next to it so you don’t have to worry about the noise. Nice easy walk to beach. Remember to rent some surf boards during your stay. The surf is great. Place was clean. Plenty of cups, plates bowl etc. and all the cooking utensils you’ll need. Not many (if any) spices, sugar etc. that is the only thing that was missing. Supply some spices so I don’t have to load up for just a week. Ac worked great. Kept the unit cool. It was for sure needed in the evening when it’s still super hot outside.

To start, I will make it clear that I have HIGH expectations when I pay for something.It seemed that the place must have been recently sprayed for insects. The smell was overwhelming for a few days. Two dead roaches greeted us in the property at arrival. One of the spreads on a bed had blood on it. The gated community was quiet and pleasant. The air conditioning was definitely nice and location was good for us. The pool was closed and more definitive locations of amenities would have been nice. Overall, it was okay.

We had an amazing time here! Such a beautiful location. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of us stayed in this same community a couple years ago and were pleasantly surprised to have booked in same place again (same community different house). Amazing beach footsteps away, kind people, pool. The house is perfect!

Booked for 11 days although no reviews were present. Pleasantly suprised at condition and location of the property versus the photos. Condo was clean and well stocked including beach chairs, beach equipment, and cooler in patio storage room. Development is a gated community that is very quiet and has usable beach and pool. Encountered only minor issues with the kitchen faucet and ice maker. Would book again.
