Camina hasta la parte principal de la ciudad, a la playa principal, a las tiendas, al cine, a la cena e incluso al desfile. No se puede superar esta ubicación !!!!!!!!!! Muchos lugares dicen que están cerca de la ciudad, pero si no puedes caminar hacia la ciudad, el tráfico y el estacionamiento son imposibles en Laguna. No necesitará su automóvil para NADA, pero si quiere salir de la parte principal de Laguna, mi casa está cruzando la calle desde el carrito GRATUITO. Esta es la estación central, ¡así que puedes llevar el carrito a cualquier lugar que quieras GRATIS! ¡También estás a cinco minutos a pie del mundialmente famoso concurso de los maestros! ¡Si no has oído hablar de este evento de no haberse ido, es obligatorio! Es solo un evento de verano y cambia cada verano. ¡La gente viaja de todas partes para venir a este evento!

No solo es la ubicación ideal, sino que la casa es ADORABLE. La casa es encantadora, con pisos de madera, una gran terraza con cómodos muebles de salón y barbacoa, una sala de sol y vistas del lado del cañón y la montaña.
Este alquiler es mi bebé, así que lo estoy actualizando constantemente todos los años. La cama es una cama king size con colchón de espuma de memoria y también hay un sofá extra grande que es cómodo para dormir. También hay una cama de aire aero.
Vivo en la casa frente a esta cabaña y siempre estoy cerca si necesita algo, pero la unidad es privada desde la casa principal con su propia entrada independiente.
¡No te pierdas esta cabaña irresistible EN LA CIUDAD! Esta casa tiene todo el encanto que hace que quieras visitar Laguna una y otra vez.

¡También tiene un PUNTO DE APARCAMIENTO (MUCHO NECESARIO EN LAGUNA)!

Post-Conference Getaway

After concluding a conference in San Diego, my husband and I drove up the coast for a few nights in Laguna Beach before returning back to the East Coast. Tara’s place was perfect for us and she is a lovely and accommodating hostess! It was super clean, comfortable, quiet and well-appointed, inside and out. Great location, easy to find and just a short walk to town and the beach. It was so fun to immerse ourselves in the community for a few days.It is attached to the main house, but still very private. And the jacuzzi was such a treat, a relaxing way to end the day. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend it!

Great Home Base

Tara’s place is great! Comfortable, nicely appointed, with everything you need. The outdoor space and the hot tub are both a bonus. The best part was the location. We walked to so many areas of Laguna Beach, and exploring the Orange County coast was easy with this place as our home base. Great access to Crystal Cove and a ton of beaches.

Laguna Beach Getaway

My wife and I love Laguna Beach. We were so blessed to be able stay here and it was so nice and amazing. It’s such a warm and welcoming feel. We loved how open and bright it feels during the day. Then at night it’s cozy and romantic. We will stay here again for sure.

A Couple’s Retreat

Laguna Beach -what a great place

We were travelling from overseas and wanted more than a hotel room. The owner presented the place in a 5 star way, it felt large and was very private. Downtown was a block away and the beach was so close, easy walking distance. If you are heading to Laguna Beach you should book this place…highly rated

Pros and cons

Pros; The unit itself is adorable, and they have done their best to make it somewhat suitable for a couple. Cons; If you are 6’2 even in shape bring your shin guards as for the low set furniture, Hobbit land. Pro; The off street parking is a plus, and they are not asking too much as far as parking to the right as far as you can. Cons; By doing this, make sure you come with a backpack and purse as it blocks the extremely narrow over 20 step up entry with plantation not trimmed properly. Pro; The trolley is just down the street and the location is somewhat decent. Con; “a block from the beach” is literally a “stretch” it is all the way down Broadway which is quite far. Pro; The setup is small yet feasible if you plan on not unpacking. Con; The pictures make this unit look much larger than it is, and is very unsafe around the jacuzzi to where it drops off and there is no railing. Con; Showing up we could not use the code as others have specified. We had to use a reserve key, which made us uncomfortable that self admission by the owner the door sticks sometimes, The owner seemed irritated by this. Remember when booking what fees you are paying for. Walking up and down the stairway to dispose of your trash as long as it is not excessive is ridiculous. Pro; The landscape is nice. I would recommend this to a business person, however bring AirPods for the road noise, and unexpected non-privacy by the city. From previous responses she’s a bit stand-offish and was condescending.

Best Little Getaway!

This property is beautiful. Everything you would ever need is within walking distance. The owner is kind, helpful, and responsive. All instructions were easy and clearly marked. She even had a little snack tray for us and coffee amenities. We will be back again! ♥️

Nice property with great location

My wife and myself really enjoyed our stay in this property. It is very well equipped if you want to cook at the place. The backyard sitting area is amazing! The hosts are great as far as communication goes. The location is great as well, just a short walk to downtown are and the grocery store (Whole Foods). One little thing, the apartment is a bit small for a group larger than 2 which is hard to see from the pictures, so it was a bit tight when our daughter came to join us for a day. However it was quite adequate for us two

Amazing place!!

Everything about this property is just lovely, starting with the beautiful plantings and peaceful waterfall. The space has so much natural light and gorgeous views outside the many windows. Super cozy spaces to sit and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you’d need. And the location couldn’t be better, a short walk to the town and beach. Tara is so nice and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely stay again!

Laguna lovely

Clean, comfortable, and roomy. Beautiful back yard area gets morning sun. Location is perfect-- short walk to beach and free trolley. Tara provided very nice touches- some snacks, Keurig cups already there, beyond salt&pepper for spices, olive oil, sugar. The apartment is light filled and has everything you need for cooking and relaxing.

Wonderful Place

In walking distance to downtown Laguna and overall a great place to stay. The unit was clean and comfortable with a beachy vibe and the outside living space was so beautiful. We would stay here again. Tara was also a very helpful and friendly host. Thanks for the great stay.

Great 3- Day Weekend

The location can't be beat. Even though we had a rental car we walked most places. Keep in mind that there are some steep stairs going from the driveway to the entrance of the apartment. The hot tub was wonderful and the neighborhood was quiet.

Relaxing Anniversary Stay!

This was our second time staying at Tara’s property. It is the perfect location in Laguna - a quick walk down to the beach, and there’s also a trolley stop right across the street as well. Tara’s home is welcoming and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay once again!

Another Great Stay

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. You cant beat the location for accessibility to Main Beach, Heisler Park and all that downtown Laguna has to offer. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor tv each night. We hope to return again next year!

Glorious!

Our stay was perfect! If you don't already know, you really don't need a car. Everything is walking distance from this place. Short walking distance to the beach while carrying beach provisions which includes Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella and very nice beach towels. After enjoying a nice dinner out, we loved returning to our very private and oh so comfortable hot tub and yard complete with and soft water fountain that lulls you to sleep. Don't pass this place up.
