Luxury New Marina apt with panoramic view

Gorgeous apartment with unspoiled panoramic view overlooking the beautiful marina/town, a much sought after location, spacious, ans bright apartment on the Marina, new apartment with everything brand new, like home away from home.

we have furnished the apartment with quality furniture and a great comfortable king size bed .

We have a large sofa double bed which looks out at the fantastic panoramic view.

the sun hits the balcony from early afternoon so you can enjoy a good meal and a glass of fabulous Portuguese wine enjoying the sun and the view.
The pool is surrounded with beautiful hedging and plants and is very quiet and relaxing, It is cleaned daily and has a childrens pool and small water feature for them to play under.

We have all the English channels and FREE WIFI

There is no need for a car here as the beach is only 10 mins walk away through the marina, and town is also 10 mins walk away, there is a large pingo doce supermarket 4 minutes walk from the apartment and there are pubs, cafe and restaurants just 2 minutes away,these have some great music at night and serve great food.

There are 4 other restaurants near meia praia beach all within 10 mins walk overlooking the sea and reasonably priced,
there is Pizza hut on the marina and cash machine, plenty of free parking right outside across the road from the apartment.
The bus station is just across the walk over bridge which is around 6 mins walk and the railway station is about 4 mins walk.
there are no hills to climb which is a major bonus in the hot sun!

This is a great location in Lagos close to the Marina and old town Lagos. The apartment is in great condition. We heard the building is 8 years old but the apt felt brand new with everything well maintained. Even the hallways and common elements are well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Appliances are high quality and in great shape. The balcony is large and gets the setting sun so great for sitting out for lunch and dinner. The bedroom is large with ample storage for your clothes as well. The hostess set up the TV for English language programs and the internet was fast so I could do some work meetings.Location is ideal. Close enough to walk into town where the selection of restaurants is fantastic! Also within walking distance to a large grocery store for all your shopping needs. The Algarve region is full of beautiful towns and villages along the coast and up in the mountains. We had a rental car so we could tour around from our base of operations. There was more than adequate parking at the apartment. We always got a spot in front of the entrance. Our hostess greeted us the day of our arrival and coordinating the time with her was easy. Come departure time it was the same. We had one question while we were there and she responded promptly with an answer. Loved the location, the apt and the welcome we received in Lagos! Looking forward to a return visit.

The apartment is just as pictured in the listing. It is clean, well equipped, comfortable, and the balcony has afternoon and evening sun. The on site swimming pool is an added bonus! The location is ideal for Lagos old town, the marina, and beaches. Michaela and her team were very accommodating to a change in our arrival time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great Apartment Overlooking the Marina Area

This was our second time visiting Lagos in the last year. We enjoyed our stay at Micaela’s Condo, and overall it is very well equipped. Of significant note is there is no dryer as indicated in the listing. There is a drying rack, so we made do, but admittedly we chose this over another listing because we thought there was going to be a dryer. The on-site hosts really make this property excellent. Karel picked us up at the train station when we arrived because it was raining, and Estela came once to bail us out when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo. They both go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. We would stay here again, but the listing really should be updated to reflect the available amenities. Thank you.

This top floor apartment is in an excellent location for all amenities. The only downside is the very busy roundabout below, which we knew of before we booked. The apartment is well furnished, with a very necessary outside sunblind, as the balcony can be extremely hot, having the afternoon and evening sun.

Bright & Spacious close to Marina

We stayed for the month of February 2023 and found the apartment well equipped for our needs. Our original booking in the Marina was cancelled and it was relisted at a considerably higher rate. The management co. for that property was very difficult to deal with, we feel that having good communications with a host is very important to us and were glad to rebook with Michaela. The weather was cooler than we have experienced in other years, however we realize the host has no control over this. We would definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

A very clean one bed appt with good facilities. There was a lady who lives on-site who met us & gave us guided tour & useful info she was excellent an asset to the owners. The main down side is the very noisy main road the appt balcony looks out onto we didn’t mind too much but could affect some people. The pool was just across road it was secure & clean with shower & toilets available. We really enjoyed our stay here & would book again.

We spent a week in January 2020 to visit family, the property was very well located and a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants which meant you could leave the car and walk. As you would expect in the closed season some od the restaurants were closed, but we were expecting this. The Apartment was clean and had everything we required during our week.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location

Booking was easy from start to finish and apartment was exactly as decribed if not better . Well eqipped with everythong you need, we spent a few afternoons just chilling on the spacious balcony , which was a bit noisy at times with traffic but was easily ignored reading a good book ! Lagos marina is a lovely place with lovely eating places and bars, as was the old town . After visiting The algarve a few times in various places, Lagos has won our hearts we will definately be back again and will certainly book this amazing apartment. Thanks again x

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay at this property. Lagos was lovely and the apartment very clean, large and well appointed and in a very convenient location for bars, restaurants, beaches and a fantastic supermarket a short distance away! The pool was very nice, well maintained and staffed by life guards. The only negative was that the balcony overlooked the roundabout on what could at times be quite a busy and noisy road. All in all a very nice appointment well located and happily recommended. Oh and one final thing, the communication was excellent and Michaela and her team did a great job of looking after us during our stay!

Superb apartment

The apartment was nice and a good location, easy walk to beach and downtown. Lagos was awesome. However there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay for two people, not really enough. Also, the address provided did not give a unit number, had to call a couple of time to get get it. Owners should update to unit 9. The dishwasher leaked so we had to stop it mid-cycle and finish washing by hand, then clean up the water. It was a good thing we didn’t go out before we noticed.

Apartment was pefect

The apartment suited us perfectly as it was equipped with everything from an umbrella to a shopping trolley and everything in between. As we were there in February there was not a large amount of tourists but almost all restaurants in the town were open, everybody very friendly and we loved the place. The location, within a 5 minute stroll to the marina and the restaurants, bars and people watching was great and another 5 minutes walk brought us into the delightful old town. The local railway, which is great value and an excellent way to relax and see the countryside runs all the way to the Spanish border and stops at up to 30 stations in its 3 hour trip.

Brilliant break prior Christmas.

We spent the whole of November in this very well equipped apartment, balcony gets the sunshine most of the day. Conveniently situated just outside the Lagos marina which is a 5 min walk away. The walk to the town of Lagos takes about 10 mins and the same to the beach at Meia Praia. There is a communal pool in the centre of the complex but as we were there in November it was a little too cool to take advantage of it. All in all a super location in a clean well maintained complex. We will be booking again soon.

Very Nice Apartment

Me and my girlfriend had a very nice week long stay in this apartment in Lagos. The entire apartment was very clean, spacious (for 2), with a large balcony and lovely modern furnishings. We feel the pictures don't entirely do the property justice. The pool was also very pleasant, being a good size and not overly busy at any point during our visit. The location is ideal being approximately 10/15 minute walk from the old town and similar to meia praia beach, as well as a supermarket that's around a 5/10 minute walk. A couple of minor downsides would be the roundabout immediately in front of the apartment block that can be a little loud as you sit on the balcony although not a major issue. The apartment although it did have some household necessities was missing things like hand soap and bleach in the bathroom which we feel could have been provided. Again these were only small things and overall our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable.
