Disappointed by Management namely Silvia
Saved Only by Wonderful Staff
I stayed at Carvi Beach Hotel recently, and while the location is beautiful and a few staff members were truly outstanding, my overall experience was unfortunately marred by poor management.
During my stay, I had an issue with towels that was handled unprofessionally by the manager, Silvia. Instead of resolving the matter with basic courtesy and hospitality, she was dismissive and unhelpful, making me feel more like an inconvenience than a valued guest. This was extremely disappointing, especially in a service-based industry where guest comfort should be the priority.
That said, I want to highlight two staff members who went above and beyond: Carlos and Bohart. Both were genuinely kind, attentive, and made every effort to make my stay more comfortable. Their warmth and professionalism stood in stark contrast to my experience with management and are the only reason I would consider giving this hotel another chance.
The hotel itself has potential — great location, decent facilities — but unfortunately, poor leadership can overshadow even the best views. My hope is that management addresses these issues so that future guests are treated with the respect and hospitality they deserve.
