This unit is a 1 bedroom ground-floor apartment, comprising living room with 2 sofas and a closed sun room, equipped kitchen and secluded balcony, 1 bedroom with double-sized bed, and bathroom with bathtub/shower.
The apartment is very nice and well kept, and there are many amenities, coffee shops, restaurants and services nearby. The main avenure in the downtown area is very close and the Batata beach is right at the end of it.
Perfect area to explore the city and with lots to do.
The apartment has WIFI and TV.
