I see that I had a similar issue to others. I made a reservation but was then called the morning I was supposed to check in and was told there were no rooms. They found a room for me at the Best Western down the street. Definitely a lesser hotel but almost the same price. I've stayed at this hotel on many occasions and have been completely satisfied. I will probably be looking for another hotel when I have to travel here in the future for fear this will happen again.

Cacelled my room and gave me another room at different hotel, but would not refund the difference. Nothing but immigrants at the hotel when i tried to check in. Two immigrants that did not speak english, dressed as security met me at the door. Told me a "corporation " rented the hotel till after the election. Should not have took my reservation in the first place.

We didn't get to stay here. The gotel called me the day we was to check in and said they booked us at another hotel because they had technical issues and was not even supposed to except my reservation that I had made 4 months prior. We ended up at the Best Western Plus. Im very disappointed, our room was downgraded from a king to a double, they had a pool but couldn't be used. The space was used for storage. They had the samething for breakfast everyday that we was there. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes. The had cereal, yogurt, bread for toast, and begals. There were doors being slammed all night long, and the hotel smelled of mildew. Other than all that the staff was great

Checked in and went to room. Room was not ready . tried to call down to room service, but telephone did not work. Walk down and got another room. The next room did not have a working telephone also. Total waste of time.

Was told that the air conditioner was left on by previous guest. Water was soaked in the carpet. The bathroom floor was wet with bleach smell. There was a fan left in the room and I was told that there was not another room available. Between the bleach smell and the wet carpet I decided to leave and find somewhere else to stay.

Horrible!!! I got towels and trash changed once out of my 6 day stay at this hotel. Needed clean wash cloths i was told there wasn’t any. Fine i was still nice and said okay things happen. My card got was disabled 3 times and i was not able to access my room or side doors. At 5 am i left my room not knowing my key wouldn’t work because i got it activated again earlier that day . Came back to the hotel i was locked out of my room no access to any other door no workers in sight! Maybe 15 minutes later the workers pull up in the work van walking in laughing like they went for a joy ride ! Literally no one supervising the front desk ! Horrible experience

Housekeeping never went during the whole week we stayed. The hot tub wasn't cleansed and breakfast was cold on some days. The only thing was that the room was better than expected.

I like the location and the ease of getting in and out of traffic. The bathroom fixtures were rusted and the sink had peeled paint around it also. The bath tub was updated to a shower and that is it. The smell of the room was not a clean but stale smell.

The overall experience was great. Slight problem with persons in parking lot that were there each night and were loud throughout the night. These were reported but they were not guests of the hotel. Staff was excellent.
