We needed a quiet place to spend the night after 11 hours on the road and this was perfect! Just far enough off the ilInterstate to eliminate the noise, but close enough to find easily and get back on the road again this morning.

There was no water pressure. I called the front desk and she stated no one else had called to complain and she has 40 other rooms booked. I have a video of the water coming out of the faucet. I was severely upset to not have a halfway decent shower and an employee who didn’t care.

Our stay at Comfort is usually great. This time the A/Cole in our room the 1st night did not work. They did move me they next night and it would have been nice to have received some kind of compensation, but the front desk said the manager handled that and did not offer, nor pursue on my behalf. Overall, the location and stay is great. Would have liked to see a little more customer service in regard to the issue of the A/C.

Nice hotel with high beds.

The hotel looked new to me, don't know if it was. Everything was clean and in good operating order. The breakfast food was fine with some hot entrees. The only quirky thing was how high the beds were. My 5' tall wife had definite problems climbing into bed. Oddly enough, the hotel had footstools they offered for those vertically challenged. Other than that, we stayed at the hotel twice on our way to Florida and back because it was such a nice hotel. Apr 2025

Great overnight stay at this hotel for a local festival. Very clean and the staff was super nice! Beds were comfy too. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

I initially chose the property because the many comments about the comfort of the bedding. While the bedding was as comfortable as mentioned, the property still has a few flaws. Its last remodel was likely 2002 when all things were shades of brown and to top it off the hallways and rooms are all SO DARK !! There was lighting provided thoroughout but the bulbs couldnt have been more than 40 watt. Even in the middle of the day the hotel os just so dark. I ended up going outside to the front of the hotel to read my book as that was the onlynplace to find enough light ro do so. The breakfast was available but basic. Staff was kind and helpful. Everything was clean enough for the night but needs an update fairly badly.

The only complaint I have is a total of 2 luggage carts for the amount of rooms is despicable!! Customers were hoarding the 2 which left me, handicapped without anything to haul all my things. I think these hotels make enough to buy more carts!
