Awesome living area for relaxing with leather recliners and plenty of room for entertaining. There is a enclosed lanai. Inside laundry in the utility room. Kitchen is great and has plenty of cabinet space. Eat in kitchen area. Dining area seats four. Guest bath has tub/shower combination. Master bathroom has walk in shower with glass doors. Nice desk area for your laptop. Carport and golf cart for your pleasure to be able to get around The Villages for entertainment and dining. All laminate flooring! Close to Chula Vista and Mira Mesa executive golf courses and neighborhood recreation centers.

It was easy to get into property. Very nice accommodations. Clean beautiful property. We were able to walk to the town square.
We wanted to stay at this property longer but, management company wouldn't book past January 31, had to move to a hotel after only 5 nights. One golf cart didn't run very well, kind of jerky when starting out from a dead stop. A little inconvenient having a car and carts in narrow driveway. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This property is very clean. All necessities needed for a great stay. Closer to Sumter landing than the other square. ReMax was easy to work with and was available any time I had a question.
