Staff was very nice and the handicap room was pretty decent.
Was so unbelievably happy here. The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in my life. The place was so clean. The continental breakfast was awesome. The woman at the front desk when I checked in was freaking awesome. As was the woman that was servicing the continental breakfast in the morning the couple of days that I was there. She was freaking awesome! The only issue that I actually had with the place was that check out time was 11:00 a.m.. 9:30 in the morning housekeeping was knocking on our door. And then about 10:45 a.m. we got two prank calls to our hotel room. Hi check out is at 11:00. So after 2 phone calls to the hotel room that hung up, when we walked out of the room door, the housekeeping was at the Next Room so obviously it was them. I get it. The place was freaking awesome and the staff was freaking awesome. There's nowhere else I would stay the next time I go up there

Very easy check in, friendly people. Gals that work in the kitchen are very pleasant. Breakfast is very accessible and great variety. Rooms comfortable and clean.

There where a lot of kids at the property fooling around no parental control. But staff was attentive and tried there best to stop the madness.
Comfortable beds, super clean, plenty of USB and Power everywhere you look. Nice TV on a swivel to point at couch or bed. Not a single issue or concern.

THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ROOM, CHARGED ME TOP DOLLAR FOR THE UPGRADE WHICH SCREWED EVERYTHING UP ABD I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED. THE CLERK WAS VERY RUDE AND DIDNT WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT, UNTIL I SPOKE IN THE SAME TONE HE WAS SPEAKING TO ME IN. IVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL SEVERAL TIMES, MOSTLY BECAUSE THE HOT TUB STAYED OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT AND THEY HAD A GOOD BREAKFAST, BUT THEY GOT RID OF THEIR HOT TUB SO AND THIS WAS REALLY ALL THIS PLACE HAD TO OFFER THAT STOOD OUT. AFTER THE EXPIERENCE I HAD THIS TIME AROUND AND NOW THAT THEY NO LONGER HAVE THE HOTTUB, THERE IS NO NEED TO REVISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THE HOLIDAY INN IS NICER AND GENERALLY LESS EXSPENSIVE
Room was nice but the breakfast was terrible- cold food (folded cheese/egg? I think? not sure what it was) watery orange juice - syrup and waffles tasted like bad chemicals finally gave up threw it all away and had a bagel. Figured it's hard to mess that up. Until the toaster burned 1 half other half uncooked. Hoo boy- Very low budget experience on the breakfast.

We are very glad that you enjoyed your stay. The decal on the bathroom mirror in the guest room, says that housekeeping is by request only.This has been the standard at the Hampton Inn's since 2020. You may request service as many days as you would like during your stay. We just have to know.We would provide basic service (trash, towels, making the bed up, and a light cleaning) and a full service (more thorough cleaning and a sheet change) every 5th day.If you stay again, just let the front desk know at check-in. You can select which days you would like your room to be serviced during your stay.
