Perfect, bed and breakfast. The room and the property were quaint, and the staff was nice. It was just a nice place to stay.

We stayed on a Saturday night (myself, husband and teen daughter) and loved exploring this lovely Victorian house, learning a bit about its history, and trying to count how many swans we could find in the decor! It was great to talk with the owners and the chef, and the breakfast was delicious! Also loved that they had drinks and snacks available for guests anytime. Quick drive to nice local restaurants and a brewery. Hope to stay there again!

A lovely, grand old mansion, fun to look in all the ground floor rooms, and imagine living like a wealthy person, 100 years prior. Nice dining room with fairly basic bed & breakfast, morning meal options. Nice veranda, overlooking garden and woods. Could use a coat of paint out there though. A self check in scenario.

Awesome place... Highly recommended. Rooms are very clean, bed is very comfortable. I can say that I slept there better than my home.

I came in late at night and my bedroom door was open and a warming electric fire was going! I couldn't believe this was my room! The breakfasts were excellent, made with local farm fresh products. The host and hostess were very cordial and had time to chat with us. I had a private bath and it was a little like home-the shower was a bit tricky, and some cracks in the tile-not a big thing

They were extremely friendly and accommodating and pretty much thought of everything. It felt like I was staying at a home and not a hotel, and I really appreciated it! The house is especially lovely and historical, as well as comfortable. My favorite part was sitting on the porch in the morning enjoying their coffee - which they have custom roasted and is bomb!

Location, location, and location were perfect. Right in downtown Tilton on banks of the Winni River. Rail trail within a couple of hundred yards from the property. Very clean room, semi-private bath all recently remodeled. Bed was incredibly comfortable...I slept like a baby. The breakfast and coffee were great also, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. There was literally nothing that I didn’t like!

Lovely staff and beautiful property. The place itself was beautiful!

Beautiful house. Friendly staff, good breakfast. The bed in the Edison room was a little hard.

Very nice place, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
