Great Vacation

First vacation in Laconia, NH and the location of our condo made our visit much more relaxing. We were near everything from beach’s, boat rental and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The people are so friendly and we will definitely stay here again! Ps great pool too

Beautiful location

Very comfortable townhome in a great location and more than enough room for our family of 5. All the kitchen essentials you need, blankets for lounging on the couch and a great deck for family dinners. Lake has a trampoline for the kids to swim out to and have fun.overall the home was very clean. -only reason for giving a 4 instead of 5 star is the lower screened porch needs a good cleaning. We couldn’t use the couch due to the cushions being dirty and it would’ve been a great place for morning coffee since it rained a good portion of our stay.
