Our cozy 2-bedroom condo offers a laid-back home base just a short drive from the action at Weirs Beach and beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Located in a classic resort setting, this older but well-loved property is perfect for guests who want comfort and convenience. It is also a great location to explore all that the Lakes Region offers.

The condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests. It features a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the main living area. The well-equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, whether having a picnic, grilling outside, or bringing back takeout after a day on the water.

Enjoy on-site amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool, tennis courts, a children's playground, and grills for summer cookouts. Laundry facilities are available on-site. Machines operate with a laundry card, which guests can purchase using dollar bills at the laundry facility. Parking for trailers and boats is included—perfect if you're bringing your summer toys!

You can easily explore the area by renting a boat or taking a lake cruise, enjoying arcades and ice cream at the Weirs boardwalk, hiking scenic trails nearby, or catching live music under the stars at the Bank of NH Pavilion.
