vacation style, but limited ameniities

Not as customer friendly as a full fledged hotel stay ( this is a resort village, not an hotel), It has perks (animations, entertainment and vacation spirit). . The only minor issue, the inside parking is located inside a set of pine trees, Some parking places are very difficult to access (partially blocked by the trees), and the number of places is pretty small, if you arrive late (after 8:00pm,9:00pm, you will have to park outside in the street (there is plenty of room,though)

Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit. Les indications d'affichage pour nous indiquer notre chambre pas top du tout car aucun éclairage. Manque les panneaux fléchés. Wi-Fi ne marche pas,pas de savon dans la salle de bains malgré nos 2 relances à l'accueil. Les repas du soir pas gustatifs du tout et du poulet 2 jours de suite. Les menus du restaurant ne sont pas affichés. L'humeur et l'accueil du personnel est très mitigé.

Chambre propre, le personnel de ménage est au top félicitations pour les personnels qui nous permettent de se sentir bien dans notre chambre manque une bouilloire pour pouvoir se faire un petit thé . Le gros problème c le parking pas moyen de se garer a partir de 18h très pénible moi qui aime bien que ma voiture soit garé correctement a l abri Cordialement

1 nuit d'hôtel déçevante, pas à la hauteur du prix payé !! - prix petit déj plus cher que celui annoncé sur site de réservation - chambre sale : des cafards vivants sur les murs et sol, cafard mort sur oreiller, toile d'araignée au plafond et dans les coins près d'1 des 2 lits avec araignées et cafards morts dedans... - piscine : désagréable dés 18h et 11h car odeur de plancha du restaurant situé juste à côté. Très déçue de cette unique nuit beaucoup trop chère pour les prestations...

En général c'est un bon endroit, le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont corrects considérant le prix qui est assez bas. Le propreté c'est bon aussi, le personnel est généralement sympathique sauf exception... Il n'est pas facile à la cafétéria de trouver la personne responsable de recevoir les tickets.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à azureva Ronce-les-Bains. L'appartement était au top, nous avions pris en demi-pension rapport qualité-prix rien à dire. Personnel charmant. Le plus c'est que cet établissement accepte les chiens ce qui est vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous y retournerons.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble mais…

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Bons repas. Par contre service moyen car aucun passage de ménage pendant 5 jours et donc pas de changement de linge de toilette qui a eu du mal à sécher dehors car pas de sèche serviette dans la salle d’eau. D’autres détails comme obligés de demander du papier toilette à l’accueil, un balai wc qu’on a signalé manquant et qui ne nous a jamais été fourni… Dommage !
