Belle maison, très bon emplacement

Ayant fréquenté les résidences des Trémières dans mon enfance, je souhaitais y retourner. La maison est très bien : aussi bien en terme de confort/équipement, que surtout sur son emplacement central entre Plage Bonne Anse, Port, Centre Palmyre. Le tout à côté des pinèdes. Pas du tout humide, ou très peu après pluie. Plutôt calme (mais terrasse adjacente non occupée durant notre séjour de 2 semaines). Une bonne expérience !

Emplacement et extérieur idéals mais quelques points négatifs.

Points positifs : emplacement idéal au pied des pistes cyclables des commerces des animations et de l’océan. Volume de la maison. Extérieur très joli et agréable. Points négatifs : bruyant, la maison étant mitoyenne on entend les voisins de tous les côtés ( chaises meubles tirés et soirées lorsque les gens reçoivent du monde. ) Maison pas propre, cuisine sale et ustensiles de cuisine très vieux et sales. Salle de bains pas bien nettoyée. Literie ancienne. Maison humide et pleine de poussière.

Maison très bien située. Nous avons surtout apprécié le patio dans lequel nous nous sommes installés. Maison bien équipée en appareils ménagers et pratique. Beaucoup de consignes données par la propriétaire !!!!! Mais chambres petites, un peu humides, matelas pas très confortables et beaucoup trop d'encombrement de choses appartenant aux propriétaires. Nous avons loué 5 vélos et nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à les ranger car l'emplacement était déjà occupé par les vélos des propriétaires... Faire quelque chose pour la lumière de la salle de bains!!!!

Mooie omgeving en gedateerd huis

Mede door het goede weer en de schitterende omgeving hebben wij een geweldige tijd gehad in La Palmyra. Echter, het huisje was gedateerd (3,5 kopjes voor de koffie, kasten als smoezelige gordijntjes voor een stellingkast), wat viezig sanitair. Niet echt schoon. De buitenruimte is besloten en goed onderhouden.
