LA TRANCHE SUR MER, Maupas district.
Two new houses each with a separate entrance and parking space. The location is ideal between the beach and shops. On the ground floor is the main room with a fitted kitchen open to the living room and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with closet, the first with 1 140cm bed and the second with 2 80cm beds, toilet with washbasin. Outside, a terrace with bioclimatic pergola and its garden furniture.
Equipment: Television, refrigerator, microwave, small washing machine, vitro hob, vacuum cleaner, plancha. wifi. 1 individual storeroom.
Location: About 600 m from the beach and 900 m from the shops in the town center.
The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning (upon reservation): €70 package. Linen is not provided.
Electricity consumption to be expected in addition in low season (from 01/01 to 30/06 and from 01/09 to 31/12).
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season

Bien placé. Maison neuve. Bonne literie. Cuisine sous équipée. Pas de four le micro-ondes ne fait pas le grill, pas couvercles pour les casseroles. Manque un meuble de rangement dans la pièce principale. Pas de serpillière.
