Location: House (1 floor), town center, 150 m from shops and 300 m (walking distance) from the main beach. A pleasant pied-à-terre close to all amenities and activities.

- Ground floor: an entrance with a staircase (17 steps) leading to the upper floor and the downstairs rooms: a bedroom with two single beds. Opening onto a small hallway, which leads to a laundry room (washing machine) and a shower room (sink, shower cubicle, heated towel rail) with toilet,

- Upstairs: a room (with a safety gate to close off access to the stairs) divided into:
-> a living/dining area with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a TV, a single-unit air conditioner, a two-door refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave,
-> a kitchenette (four-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven),
-> a separate toilet.

Outside: no private parking space; a parking permit is available for the Stella Maris, Boiral, Central Beach, and Maupas car parks.

End-of-stay cleaning upon reservation: €70 flat rate. Please provide proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage. Holiday vouchers accepted.

Additional electricity consumption should be expected during the low season (January 1st to June 15th and September 15th to December 31st).

Pets are not allowed.
