All guests renting private villas must register with the Villa Owners Club upon arrival to access the resort and its facilities. As of February 1, 2026 (current as of March 2026), the daily per-person registration fee is $30 per adult (12 years and older), $15 per child (ages 4–12), and free for children under 4. This fee is paid at the Villa Owners Club office and identification is required for entry to the private community—confirm exact details upon booking or arrival, as policies may update.
