It took us almost 3 hrs. to get checked in. Of the 5 rooms that we got only one had a shower that worked. One of the rooms toilet seat was broken. Our room only had one electric outlet and it was up near the ceiling. There was black mold on the ceiling. Phone hanging down on the wall. Closet ceiling had holes in it. The positive things, where the Beds, they were clean comfortable, They served us Breakfast (Eggs, Toast and Juice)

There was no room available. They said they were overbooked. However staff vey helpful and moved us over to Hotel Olympia two buildings away and paid more. I booked way ahead in Jan for our Feb 3rd stay but waited an hour to be told there is no room! Not happy that they were overbooked and did not inform us ahead of time!

I felt like I had a room outside in the streets assigned to me. The noise and traffic is heard day and night. There is no hot water and there is no dinner available in the hotel as they said there is a restaurant on site but only for breakfast. The hotel crew does not speak English so they use an app translator. When i arrive at the hotel they did not acknowledge me standing snd waiting to check in. The room assigned to me was shy on cleaning. There was hair in the drawers and spider webs living there. Old and outdated. However the bed was the only thing that was comfortable snd clean. The door to the room was not fully secure. The neighborhood was commercial and if you looking for something to eat you need to take a taxi. Did not feel too safe. WiFi was good

There was no hot water for 5 days. The TV channel was out of service for three days in my room. I reported this issue on the first day. This hotel is broken down. It needs new management. The reception lacks training; they are loud late at night, and sometimes there is noise in the hallways. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.
