Ideally located a 15-minute walk from the train station, this comfortable apartment will allow you to enjoy all the attractions of La Rochelle and its surroundings.

Perfectly furnished for 2 people and a baby, this ground-floor apartment in a 3-story building comprises an entrance hall, a bright living room with a lounge and dining area, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

Cleaning is optional: €50. Linens are optional: €40.
