This upgraded lock off studio is outfitted with beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchenette is fully stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, as well as dishes and silverware. Open french doors to a private patio overlooking the beautiful community grounds. The bedroom has a king bed with a cozy fireplace and plenty of closet space. There is a spacious bathroom with walk in shower and large soaking tub. The property is located in one of the most quiet and tranquil locations in Legacy villas, just steps to the adults only lap pool. No second story neighbors!

There are 2 community gas grills near the main clubhouse area for guest use.

Host was very responsive. Initially we had a billing/payment issue that I believe was due to the app. The host communicated well and was accommodating in rectifying it. The unit was clean and well maintained. Overall, LaQuinta Legacy Villas is a beautiful property. Just from walking around in the morning, it felt like a welcoming community. There are numerous super well maintained pools. The views of the nearby mountains are tremendous.
