We arrived on a Saturday during the low season at Desert Lotus. The house is very well appointed with a full kitchen, a nice dining area and living room. This unit is very close to the main pool and the gym, basically across the street which we found convenient. As I mentioned low season, however there were many cars and maintenance trucks passing through the development. This house sits on the main street which is probably reason for the traffic. Otherwise the neighborhood is very quiet. The master bedroom is spacious with a large walk-in shower. The reason for the okay rating was an issue we had with towels. The towels provided in both bathrooms were worn, torn and dingy. ( ready for rag use ). Additionally housekeeping provided one hand towel for each bathroom and no wash cloth's. We found this condition surprising and unacceptable, however Vare was very helpful with getting us new towels for the remainder of our stay... Otherwise an enjoyable stay and very close to golf which is the reason we selected this property!

Lovely and comfortable stay

We absolutely loved this property. It was beautiful, so well appointed and felt very comfortable. It was located close to shops and Old Town La Quinta, which was excellent. The common areas, including the pool and gym, were wonderful. There was also a games area that we enjoyed. The management company was SO helpful. They answered all our questions and made check-in and check-out very simple and comfortable. Would highly recommend this location for a restful and joyful vacation.

We had a great stay. Property is extremely clean, with great facilities (including the clubhouse), and a very convenient location. And the property management was extremely responsive to even small requests. We would stay here again, and highly recommend the property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location (LaQuinta; very near community pool and clubhouse). Great floor plan. Quiet, relaxing, house had everything we wanted/needed. Clean & new. Nicely furnished for a rental unit. Only suggestion would be to have secondary window shades that allow you to look out & have light enter, but still provide some privacy.

Excellent Home and Property Management

Modern, Beautiful and sparkling clean home in a great location to pool, fitness centre. Well stocked with all kitchen, bathroom and houseware items we needed (and more). Property manager/management company was very responsive from time we made the reservation to end of our stay. Surrounded by beautiful golf courses and 7 mins to Old Town La Quinta. Would def recommend!

New home in new neighborhood

We had an enjoyable stay in a well located PGA West neighborhood. Pool, workout facility, bocce ball right across the street. Our property manager was responsive and helpful. The home, however, was lacking in hangers, kitchen utensils, and other kitchen items, and replacement light bulbs.

Gorgeous stay

The property is spacious and beautiful. I really appreciated the oversized shower in the master bedroom, and the huge kitchen/living area. The bed was super comfortable. Originally, I had planned to travel with my partner, and the extra bedroom would have been plenty of space to work and take calls if necessary. The neighborhood is so cute, the people are very friendly. The community pool was gorgeous. The property manager was very communicative; making sure I had everything I needed and that all of my questions were answered. I'm excited to stay here again if it's available!

Awesome Stay in the Desert

Totally enjoyed our getaway. The home immaculate, comfortable and furnished beautifully. Location could not be better given its proximity to the community Clubhouse and pool. Great and easy to work with owner who was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to relax and unwind. Will definitely book again!

Great property. Super location so close to the famous PGA West. Easy access to the pool and bbq areas. We had a couple small issues which were handled by the management team immediately. Wonderful spot! We hope to be back soon.

Great location in PGA West

Great location-Super cute and modern. We are homeowners on PGA West and needed extra rooms for a few guests, so it was super convenient to have something on property. Would definitely rent again!
