2 paved driveways lead you a beautifully hidden stoned home and backyard oasis in San Diego. Entering the great room you`ll see vaulted ceilings with gorgeous wood beams continuing into the updated white quartz kitchen. The large kitchen island is the perfect place to cook meals together while overlooking the living space and conversing with guests in this modern open layout home. On the backend of the living room is a large wrap around balcony with 2 tables capable of seating 14-16 guests for a grand outdoor dining experience.
Enjoy a double dedicated workspace just off the main room for guests who prefer to work a bit during their stay. The upstairs level features a large bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower combo along with 2 sinks. Two spacious bedrooms with queen beds are located at the end of the hall. The bedroom to the west features a private balcony for guests to lounge and enjoy the backyard scenery.
Down a beautiful staircase are 2 more additional bedrooms. The first being a large open room with 2 modern bunk bed sets and access to the outdoor pool area. The Master bedroom is a generously over sized room with a king bed, walk in closet, retreat area with a trundle bed for 2 additional sleeping spaces, and a master bathroom with a jet tub and walk in shower.
The backyard pool has a large island in the middle, a hot tub, water falls, and a 65 foot slide! The tiki hut is the perfect place to relax and play pool, serve up your favorite drinks and dishes, watch sports, or play cards at the poker table. Bottom garage is a converted game room with 5 arcade machines, air hockey machine and tv. There is truly something for everyone at this property.
Guests have access to the entire home and property.

A waiver must be signed by all guests prior to check-in due to the fact that we have a pool/slide.
In order to make our listing more affordable for all guests, we provide solar heating for the pool. Expect it to be 75-83 temperature range for summer, 63-73 for fall, 60-65 for winter, and 63-73 for spring.
For guests who would like to heat the pool, this is an option at an additional fee of 250 dollars per day. This is a pass through expense as the gas costs in our region are exceedingly high. It takes a full day to heat the pool at times so let us know in advance. It is complementary to heat the jacuzzi.
We hope this ensures each guest can select the option that best works for their visit and budget!
1. No Parties
2. Events need prior approval.
3. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may not book for another person.
4. Only 6-7 cars allowed to park in the 2 driveways. Please do not block the neighbors driveway. Street parking is free throughout the neighborhood.
5. No jumping off the waterfalls or high surfaces into the pool.
6. For guest safety, please do not enter the tree house.
7. Do not use the premise for illegal activity.
8. No Smoking.
9. No Pets. If a pet a brought there will be a $250 additional fee charged to sanitize for guests with allergies and the reservation may be cancelled without refund.
10. All guests must sign pool/slide waiver.
11. Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb.
12. Turn lights off and AC/Heat when away.
13. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am.
14. No glass allowed by the pool area.
15. No food or drink allowed in the pool.
16. Please don`t feed the turtles.
17. Pool hours are from 7am-10pm.
18. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed unless prior approval is given. Additional guests without approval may result in a fee of $20 per person OR a cancelled reservation without refund.
19. No tampering with pool equipment. There will be a $200 fee in order to have our pool maintenance guy come out to reset the pool settings + the cost of any repairs needed.
