Attractive large-capacity villa divided into 2 independent parts communicating by an external staircase. It will be ideal for a large family or a group of friends. It benefits from a large private swimming pool with secure access and a pleasant covered terrace with summer kitchen. In total 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Approximate distances: Sea 2.9 km (sandy beach of Calaforn). Small bars and restaurants as well as the first shops 350 meters away. Eurospar supermarket 750 meters away.
