The house offers a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. It has 5 double bedrooms spread over two floors and two full bathrooms inside, as well as a large sun terrace on the top floor with pleasant sea views.

The exterior is one of the great attractions of the house, with a large private pool, a well-kept garden, a fully equipped summer kitchen, an outdoor bathroom, a charming traditional patio, and spacious areas to relax and enjoy with family or friends. The property has a garage.
