Cute little guest house in original Japanese tatami style. We loved the spacious room and facilities were clean! Getting into town or to most attractions take some time.

Si vous arrivez à trouver le lieu, chapeau. Même avec un bon GPS, ce n'est pas mince affaire. C'est une maison privée au sein d'un dédale de rues, mais le quartier est agréable, près de la rivière et à 20 minutes de marche d'un temple très sous-estimé (le Shodenji), 10 minutes de marche du Kamigano Shrine. Le bus 09 part de la gare et au terminus, il y a 10 minutes de marche en traversant le pont sur la rivière. Le gérant parle pas trop mal l'anglais, les chambres sont évidemment minuscules et la salle de bain commune. Le hic est qu'il faut apporter sa serviette éponge. Ou se laver dans la rivière :)) Une expérience hors des sentiers battus de Kyoto, pour ceux qui veulent rayonner au nord de la ville. Une petite pizzeria 5* avec de véritables produits italiens se trouve à 5 minutes, pour ceux qui sont lassés des sushis et du tofu.
