My wife and I stayed in this beautiful property. We had a wonderful time. It’s located at a short walk distance from the station and in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood. The place is in immaculate conditions. Very well kept and decorated with an authentic Kyoto atmosphere. Bathroom is very modern. In addition, the communication and hospitality from Reina was awesome. She met with us to make sure we didn’t have any doubts. We fell in love with this property, the location and the hospitality given to us by Reina. She made us feel so welcomed that we wanted to have her as part of our family. She has won a place in our hearts. Next time we go to Kyoto we will definitely stay at this property and not bother searching for any other place. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Reina!!!!

The property was beautiful in a quiet area of Kyoto. It was close to the station and supermarket. Our host was wonderful and most helpful. I highly recommend this property!

It was actually the second time to stay a night at ICHI, but this time my friend came from Korea! She loves Takoyaki, a popular Japanese cuisine, and thankfully the owner of this Inn provided us a Takoyaki machine so that we could enjoy Takoyaki party so much by making it by ourselves! He (the owner) tries hard to satisfy our needs, and I could see that he enjoys it. Great location, friendly owner and staff, awesome equipments and interior of ICHI was stunning. Felt like we were literally living in a traditional Japanese house back in history. Thank you for such a relaxing and luxurious time ;) Will definitely repeat to stay here when visiting Kyoto again!

憧れだった1棟貸切宿での宿泊 検索していてすごくいい感じだったので、市さんに決めました。 　駅から近いのに、とても静かな所でした。 とにかくお部屋がとても綺麗で、お庭の雰囲気も最高でした！ オーナーさんも気さくでとてもいい感じの方でした！！ また、京都への旅行の際は利用したいと思いました。 有難うございました。
