Located in Nishijin, the traditional weaving district of Kyoto, TAKEYA Nishijin Bekkan is within easy access of multiple tourist sites.

Kamishichiken, the oldest Geisha district in Kyoto, is just 5 minutes walk away. You may even get the chance to see a real Geisha here!

Every 25th of the month, a flea market is held at Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, which is just 7 minutes walk away.

Ninnaji Temple and Hirano Shrine are easily accessible by bus, both of which are famed for their late-blooming cherry trees, so you can catch the sakura even if you arrive after the peak cherry blossom season.

The property is located very near the main Senbon Imadegawa interchange. From here, bus access to almost anywhere in Kyoto is possible.
