The hotel is great and the staff was super helpful, we were able to send our luggage to the next hotel with no issues, when we arrived they had already received our luggage and put it in our room, really quiet area with laundry services and even one really close across the street. This hotel was excellent for our family of three during our 4 night stay in Kyoto. The room was clean, modern and well-sized. We were able to get a third single bed in addition to a King sized bed which was amazing. There was an onsen on the lower level of the hotel which we ended up loving and using a lot! The hotel was about a 10-12 minute walk to Kyoto station which was great and a 3 minute walk on a major bus line that took us to the Gion district and beyond, which was very convenient. There was a couple of Family Mart's very nearby (one right next door) which made it easy for picking up snacks and breakfasts when needed. The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out were super easy. Laundry services were available with complimentary detergent which was great. All in all, a fabulous stay at the Chisun Premium hotel in Kyoto. Would definitely stay again if given the chance.
