Iain and Rebecca are fantastic hosts. Their B&B is the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed with fantastic views of Skye and the beach. Impeccably decorated and extremely comfortable. Delicious spread awaited us. Local premium shower products. Great area where you can easily walk to ruins.

Outstanding property, one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed in, a beautiful find. Two minute walk to an Inn, uninterrupted views, peace and quiet and ample food and drink provided for breakfast. A delightful stay, highly recommended.

Kirkton Bay is one of those places where, despite it being in a remote location with very little to do, I still felt like I wasn't ready to leave when the time came! This B&B is located almost right on the beach, with stunning views of the hills/mountains on the Isle Of Skye. The cabin that I stayed in was cleaned / maintained to a 5-star hotel standard, especially the bathroom which was absolutely spotless. The kitchenette area (for the continental breakfast) was great and I appreciated the touch of having a Nespresso machine plus a milk frother! The breakfast was lovely - I didn't feel like I was missing the "cooked breakfast" that most people will expect a B&B to offer. The pub next door serves great food at a reasonable price too! All in all, I had a lovely stay and couldn't thank Rebecca and Iain enough.

Rebecca is a great host and really goes out of her way to make sure you have the best experience. The property overlooks the bay and the Isle of Skye is just across the water. The room is very comfortable and well appointed. Loved our stay here.

This was a beautiful stay, I only regret not booking a couple extra nights. Everything is clean, modern and new. I loved everything about this bay house. The view was just everything I needed. There is a designated parking just in front, beach access, WiFi, and just a short trip to Isle of Sky by ferry. The owner was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. It is a long a private narrow road so I’d recommend not driving in too late plus you must catch the sunset view. Thanks again!
