Jangan book hotel ni. lobi hotel takde, cuma ada seorang staff yang setup kerusi dan meja kecil di depan lif lobi. bayaran deposit dikenakan RM100, tapi tiada resit dikeluarkan. bila minta resit, dia suruh amik gambar je sebagai bukti. Lif hotel hanya ada 1 yang beroperasi. masa menunggu terlalu lama. hotel ni share parking dengan mall, tapi tiada rate disediakan untuk hotel guest. bayaran parking sama dengan org yg dtg mall.
Keadaan bilik sangat menyedihkan. Tiada wifi, tiada air panas, tiada siaran TV.
Adakah dengan isu-isu ni kita boleh panggil ni sebagai hotel?
