This is not a 4 star hotel

The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. The condition of the hotel is worn. Room carpet is significantly stained, beds well worn, a musty odor in the room, and should be similarly ranked as a 2 or 3 star hotel. The location is convenient but loud. Expect screaming outside your windows until the sun is up.

Great location, soft beds!

Very nice beds to rest on after a long day walking around town. Close to the christmas markets on the main town square, the castle and many good restaurants!
