Hotel Wentzl is right in Old Town Square. We had a room overlooking the square and it was beautiful. The breakfast had many options and a few selections that it cooked fresh each morning. The room was very large with lots of room to relax. I would definitely stay again.

We've been traveling through Europe for the last two weeks, and we Spent 3 incredible nights at Hotel Wentzl in Krakow. This was by far our favorite hotel to date. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; the room was clean, spacious, had a beautiful balcony overlooking the square, and the air conditioner worked excellently (a huge factor during a heat wave!). I couldn't recommend this hotel more. It is in a perfect location. Also, its attached restraurant was fabulous as well!

The location could not be beat. Our room was very tired-very old bedspread, rug not so clean, curtains worn and thread-bare. I paid for a larger room with extra sitting space. While I appreciated the extra space, the furniture was too uncomfortable to sit on. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows old and lumpy. The bathroom was very nice. To be fair to the hotel, while someone was cleaning another (smaller, less expensive room) I peaked in and it looked nicer than mine. More light. My room was very dark. The view from our room was great. I could deal with the dated, tired aspect of the hotel but when I kept rolling off of the very hard bed and couldn't get comfy on the pillows I realized I had made a poor choice. Like I said, location could not be beat.

Fabulous views and great service.

Incredible views from our window overlooking the old town square and church tower. The staff were friendly and helped us several times, including providing a breakfast when we left before breakfast hours. The breakfast was nice with cooked options. Room (35) was comfortable and quiet when windows were closed. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of seating available. Easy to walk to main sights from hotel.
