The staff forbade us from eating doughnuts we hadn't purchased at the hotel. We were very rudely told off. Furthermore, the hotel is very cramped, and odors from the hotel kitchen waft throughout the entire hotel. The housekeeping staff didn't fulfill their duties. The hotel doesn't deserve the high ratings it receives on its website. It's a very average hotel.

My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the M29. The hotel is well cared for with a reasonably spacious room and very comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our thanks especially to Aleksandra. My wife and I wanted to take a train to Zakopane to do some Hiking in the Tatas. Aleksandra went to great lengths to assist us with train schedules, tickets, maps of the area and directions to the trails we wished to walk. She made this journey possible. Without question we would recommend the M29.
