My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel as part of a pre xmas break in Krakow. Around 30 mins from Krakow airport (or a £9 taxi ride), it is an ideal location. Close enough to the main square (three minute walk) but also detached enough to escape the hustle and bustle as well. The staff on check in were very friendly and helpful, our room was located on the other-side of a small enclosed court yard, with entry from the main street accessible only with a key code. Our room was spacious, with a small kitchen area, a small table and chairs plus a sofa and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The bed was comfy and spacious, and the room was toasty warm… a welcome escape from the Polish winter. I would heartedly recommend this place to anyone. I’m pretty sure we will be back.

Sparkling clean room, located close to the main square but still very quiet. Air conditioning which was welcome. Could be improved only slightly by adding a bottle opener to the kitchen equipment and another mirror near a plug outlet, but these are very minor and did not affect our stay, just small points for the management to consider. We loved our little apartment and would stay again if we return to Krakow.

The location is excellent, but the building itself has no elevator, so it may not be suitable for stays with elderly guests or people with disabilities. It can also be challenging if you have a lot of luggage. Fortunately, one of the front desk staff kindly carried my elderly mother’s luggage upstairs, which was a great help. All the staff were friendly and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that, unlike a regular hotel, there are no amenities or housekeeping services. You’ll need to bring your own items such as shampoo. We also booked a Salt Mine tour, and the driver was very kind, which made the experience enjoyable and worry-free. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much!
