One night stay.

Clean room. Good location. Close to old town. Shower and sink in room was good. Staff was very helpful as I left my luggage on the premises before and after checking in. Laundry/washer availability was great. Breakfast provided was very generous. Maybe add more outlets closer to beds so guests can charge their electronics.

Liked the convenient location for the Old Town, and the fact that friendly staff were on site 24 hours a day. Even though it was so close to the centre, there was very little noise. Continental breakfast, included in the price, had plenty of choice, including very nice soft cheese. The only tiny drawback was that breakfast was served on the third floor and there were no lifts. This would not suit people with certain mobility issues.

Stayed there 2 nights in a private room. Great location with great deal. Room was clean and very quiet at first night. I really like it, but the 2nd night was just terrible!!! The people from next door was so loudly singing and dancing after midnight but no one from the hotel didn’t do anything. I called the hotel but no one answered. They finally calmed down but they or other group started making noise at 3am... the wall is very thin so could hear all of them just disgusting

Great for staying on budget

Staff was extremely courteous. Spoke good english, and made sure to go the extra distance when interacting with me. Beds were a little stiff, but it's not something worth dinging them over given how little was charged for my stay. The complimentary breakfast was also very, very good.

Good place !

It is really convenience place to go to many attractions ,shops , restaurants and main train station , it is walking distance . it was great , comfortable and clean. There is bathroom ensuit , very good!! There is living area too. Housekeeper clean the rooms every day. Breakfast was basic but good , I quite enjoyed it. I could leave my luggage after checked out in storage room. The price is good value for money and good for budget trip too.I really recommend it !

Excellent location, friendly staff and clean. The only thing, noisy teenagers running and shouting all around the hostel whole nigh and no one from the hostel do anything to keep the place quiet and calm.

Perfect location. Not so good Wifi

This hostel is in a perfect location within the vicinity of Krakow old town. Very easily reachable from the train station. The main square is also literally just 5 minutes away. There is a cheap Chinese restaurant nearby that serves really good quality food. However the Wi-Fi is really poor despite our room located in the ground floor near the reception area. Breakfast is served at the top floor so it can be quite a hike up the stairs if you're staying in ground floor!

Heart of old city

OK hostel. Very basic but clean. Short walk to train station and bus station. In heart of old city. Wawel castle is 10 minutes walk away. This hostel would be good for school groups.

Glad we only stayed one night

Things were broken and chipped, the beds were not comfortable, that staff was hit or miss with their professionalism.there was no parking whatsoever in the immediate area. We had to unload and park 3/4 or a mile away and pay an extra 95 PLN (25 USD) for overnight.

Overall, the hostel is fine, but it was odd that there were only two outlets in the entire room, none of which were close to the beds. Also, they have a washer, but no dryer. Very close to the train station and the market square.
