The experience was average overall. We liked that the hotel was in proximity of good restaurants nearby and we got a good deal for meka tour. Most of the staff wasn't friendly and almost rude at times. However the person at the pool with water scooter and the meka tour representative were really nice people. Condition of the room was below average as one wall had water precipitation.

Extremely friendly staff that went above and beyond trying to make the customers happy!! Can’t say enough about them!! Delicious and huge amount of choices for breakfast friendly atmosphere, no one, was made to hurry and get out! Their entertainment and enthusiasm was infectious and our time at Panan first in a pool access room which was huge and so convenient to hop in and out, and later at a sea view room, clean and well stocked, was fantastic hope to book this again in the future! You can’t go wrong with Panan Krabi resort!! Thanks again

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The first room we received was quite damp, but we were given a dehumidifier and were able to change rooms the next morning. Breakfast was extensive and the facilities were well kept. Staff were all amazing, especially Nook who took the time to help us!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Panan Resort, and I would not recommend it to anyone. There were several issues during my stay that made it feel like the resort was poorly managed and in need of serious improvement. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was by far the biggest problem. Our Cliff View room was not properly cleaned—there was dust on surfaces, stains on the carpet, and a musty smell that lingered the entire stay. The bathroom was equally neglected, with grime in the corners of the shower and old, dirty towels. The pool area was also in bad shape, with debris in the water, cracked tiles, and worn-out, uncomfortable lounge chairs. It was clear that the resort wasn’t being properly maintained. Staff Service and Communication: The service was shockingly bad. A major issue was the lack of English-speaking staff, which led to constant miscommunication. Every request, whether at the restaurant or reception, took multiple attempts to clarify. Simple orders at the restaurant were often wrong, and staff seemed uninterested or unable to help. The lack of basic communication skills resulted in a frustrating and unpleasant experience. Even when we tried to address issues at reception, the staff seemed disorganized, unprofessional, and unable to provide any real assistance. Property Condition: The overall condition of the property was poor. The Cliff View room was outdated, with old furniture and a general sense of neglect. The pool area looked like

This was our third time at this hotel. We like it a lot. This time we brought our extended family. It’s still lovely. The pool area is beautiful and the breakfasts have improved a lot since our last stay. But there are a couple of things about which I was a little disappointed and surprised. I do think we may have been a little unlucky this time. Firstly we were told we would have to change rooms on the second day to get the pool view room we had already paid for. And my wife stressed about that the whole first 24 hours and couldn’t relax. Secondly we didn’t get room cleaned on the third day despite setting the light on for it to be done all day. We got back to the room after a trip to Railay and nothing had been done. Towels not changed, no fill of shower gel, no toilet paper and beds not made though that last bit is not a biggy. I hope it’s not a taste of things to come because we would like to return again.

Nice hotel, it caters for everyone all nationalities which is good to see, comfy beds & close to amenities. However the rooftop bar which is lovely played very explicit music from 5pm which considering it’s a family hotel & for all nationalities was very disappointing swearing & sexual context & using the N word which felt a bit out of place I did ask the bar man ( who was great) if he knew what was being played but he didn’t really understand & was just playing the playlist of music that was on the system, I would suggest management should look at the playlist as this is very offensive & may loose them customers.
