This hotel was super clean and convenient to major spots in Hong Kong! The owner was super nice and flexible. The small issue was that I had to wait a little (after check-in time) to get access to the room, but the owner was there to support in less than ten minutes!

原訂下午二時才能入住，當我提前到時，向老闆娘說明因剛從非洲回來，還在適應時差，立馬專程提前準備間房間給我，非常感動！ 老闆娘非常熱情，在房裡還聽到其他房客來到，她讓房客先看看房間情況。 樓下就有KFC、拉麵、炸豬排飯，離地鐵站入口不用1分鐘(地鐵口旁有家咖哩車仔麵也不錯)，各方面機能都很棒！

フロントがほとんど全く英語が話せず。油麻地に泊まりたくて選んだのに、チェックイン時にまさかの別ゲストハウス（隣駅の旺角）に連れて行かれ、そこで宿泊せざるを得ませんでした。質問や抗議しようにも英語通じないし…。ちなみに帰国後Expediaにクレームを入れるも、このやむを得ない選択が「代替ホテルに承諾」した扱いのため、何の補償も受けられず。その場でExpediaに連絡しないといけないとのこと（LINEで日本語サポートが受けられます）。私たち同様旅慣れない人たちのために経験を教訓にしたく口コミますが、このゲストハウスは別場所に連れて行かれる可能性があります。一応無事ではあり、「代替ホテル」もとりあえずは問題なく過ごせましたが、英語ですら説明がないため、何が起こっているのか全く分からず、状況を自分たちなりに理解するまでかなり不安になりました。安宿に高い勉強代を払ったと思うことにします。
