Staff more than accommodating to halo allow us to enjoy our stay. Some wear and tear in the room and the AC in our room was a touch temperamental. Bed comfy, room large and quiet, reception friendly and helpful. Good central location. Pool was lovely after a days adventuring

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, which is conveniently located right in the city center — perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring. Everything I needed was just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and approachable, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable. The lobby, halls and elevators are badly in need of renovation. One elevator was out of action for our whole stay. It is not a 5 star property and not like any other Hyatt property I have stayed in. We had a decent room with nice views but the overall feeling was very disappointing. Staff were very nice and breakfast was good.

Fantastic Hotel in KK! Staff were friendly, engaging and helpful. The front desk staff helped us organize a couple of great tours and transportation. The breakfast is a must, sooo good! The pool area is gorgeous and bar staff is attentive and funny. Location is convenient for waterfront, markets, jesselton ferry terminal. Rooms were amazing, quiet, comfortable. Definately go for the water view! Worth every penny, loved it!
