Well worth booking.

A very well presented apartment. Set in a nice quiet location but also very nicely situated closely to a very large shopping complex. No check in desk but was not a problem for me because of my arrival time was within check in hours. I came over the Christmas period and somebody even met me on Christmas Day to give me access to the property so I was impressed with that. Whenever I had any queries regarding the property there was someone always on hand to answer my queries via text and even come out to the property to look at any issues. I did have a small problem with the fridge and freezer but it didn’t affect my stay really and they were quick to respond to me raising a concern about it, visiting the problem several times to attempt to resolve it. For the cost it is a great deal overall and one I would definitely recommend to anybody considering staying in the area.

Silvester v Košiciach

Prišli sme a nevedeli o nás. (faktúra sa im niekde stratila) Ale zase snažili sa nás čim skôr ubytovať a tým odčiniť počiatočné nepríjemné prekvapenie. Zariadenie a vybavenie bytu je pekné (nábytok, spotrebiče, kúpeľňa, internet, TV) , ale celkový dojem znehodnocujú detaily (nefunkčná chladnička, zatekajúci sprchový a čistota) . Keďže sme tu boli na Silvestra , tak chladnička nebola problém (balkón a mráz je dobrá náhrada) . Zatekajúci sprchový škodí skôr majiteľovi (znehodnocuje drevené časti v kúpeľni) ale to povrchové upratanie mi trochu vadilo: prach v skrinkách a na poličkách a bonus bol hrniec s cestovinami na balkóne po predchádzajúcich obyvateľoch. To je skôr vizitka neporiadnej upratovačky. Celkový dojem je však dobrý . Príjemný majiteľ , ubytovanie ponúka všetko čo má v popise. Stačí vymeniť upratovačku. Odporúčam
