Diese Geschäftsidee in Gestalltung der Erholung ist das schlimmste. Meine Frau ist Gehbehindert und Sauber machen ist für uns ein Problem. Zu erst nach 7 Tagen wurdeToilette sauber gemacht, abernur das wir bezahlt haben eine Reinigungskraft. Wir haben gedacht, dass wir nur kein Verpflegung gebucht haben, ale andere Leistungen was normaleweise man im Hotel bekommt saubere Handtücher, Bettwäsche wechseln, Reinigung ist im Preis drin. Sonst ist es sehr teuer. Diese Urlaub war Katastrofe. Meine Frau ist plötzlich erkrankt Fieber 40 und wir sind nach 9 Tagen nach Hause gefahren. Also nie wieder!!!

Es besteht Renovierungsbedarf , die Einrichtung stark in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Bilder sind nicht aktuell 😞 Das Inventar nicht vollständig. Die Wände sowie der Fußboden fleckig, angestoßen. Das Bett ist groß, unbequem da der Topper auf dem Boxspringbett fehlte. Der Kühlschrank ist ein Witz: Eisfach abgebrochen und funktioniert nur wenn die Hotelkarte im Lichtschalter steckt. Unterbrechung der Kühlkette. Laut Mietvertrag muss man Schäden etc bis spätestens 2 h nach Ankunft im Büro melden. Wichtig , sonst wird es kostenpflichtig. Die Baustellen neben dem Hotel und gegenüber haben nicht gerade zum Verweilen auf dem Balkon eingeladen/ Baulàrm. Die Lage ist gut aber keine Parkmöglichkeit! Parken auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz an der Straße auf die Dauer mit 5zl/ h teuer. Personal im Hotel unfreundlich. Das Personal sun & snow Vermittler dafür sehr nett und verständnisvoll. Es gibt derzeit mit Sicherheit bessere Alternativen

Apartament dosc stary. W opisie byly wymienione udogodnienia, ktorych nie bylo. Dopiero po naszej ingerencji zostaly uzupelnione. Dosc wygorowana cena w stosunku do standardu. Mysle ze za ta cene mozna znalezc cos ciekawszego. Okolica ladna. Blisko do morza.

Das Appartement befindet sich in Strandnähe. Es gibt ein tolles Schwimmbad und andere Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Tischtennis, Spa, Kinderspielplatz. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. (Espresso Maschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herdplatte, TV, Waschmaschine.....) Das Bett war sehr bequem... Fazit: Empfehlenswert

Wenn man die Fotos ansieht, sieht man auch einen Tisch, um zu essen. Dies war in unserer Unterkunft nicht gegeben. Selbst auf dem Balkon fehlte ein Stuhl, um dort wenigstens zu essen. Der Herd funktionierte sehr schlecht und wenn, dann nur eine Platte. Eine Bedienungsanleitung dafür und für das Verschließen der Tür, wäre sehr!!!! hilfreich gewesen. Es hat oft nicht funktioniert und die Küche musste trotz der Einkäufe kalt bleiben. Auch das 3. Bett war recht ungenügend, da es nur ein Ausziehsofa war und sehr unbequem. Um diese Dinge zu erfragen (Herd), konnten wir telefonisch niemanden erreichen. Außerdem wäre es gut zu wissen gewesen, dass der Zugang zum Schwimmbad sehr teuer war. Das sollte vorher erwähnt werden, da man dann noch einmal nach etwas anderem gucken könnte für denselben Preis, den man bei Benutzung schlussendlich zahlen muss. Außerdem, was uns beim letzten Urlaub im Hotel bereits auffiel: polnische Besucher drängeln sich an der Rezeption immer wieder vor und man wird quasi ausgelacht, wenn man es mal eilig hat (zum Zug muss), von der Person, die sich vordrängelt, aber auch von den Rezeptionistinnen. Alles sehr unschön!!! Nie wieder.

I lejligheden var der flere småting som ikke var i orden. Et gardin hvor de yderste hægter var gået i stykker. Et par sprungne pærer. Et løst blandingsbatteri, en skabslåge der ikke kunne lukke helt, ingen møbler på altanen, intet tørrestativ, men trods alt en vaskemaskine, huller i "læderet" på 2 stole. Ingen reception på hotellet vedr. de private lejligheder og 99% af al information er på polsk (hverken tysk eller engelsk) - få af personalerne taler dog en lille smule tysk. Der hvor vi hentede nøglen var det også primært på polsk og et meget gebrokkent tysk - derfor ufattelig svært at gøre sig forståeligt. Egentligt fine faciliteter på hotellet, men bøvlet at man skal have en papirlap med ind i svømmehallen, hvis man skal bade - hvordan skal man holde den tør... Bøvlet at der kun er 2 nøglekort, da det ene skal sidde i hotelværelset for at give strøm til køleskab og fryser, hvilket vil sige at man reelt kun har 1 nøgle! Ærgerligt at der kun er 7 håndklæder, når man er 4!

Super Urlaub mit anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten!!!

Der Urlaub war insgesamt super..., allerdings war die Verständigung mit der Argentur etwas schwierig!!! Man hat nach Ankunft genau 2 Stunden Zeit, alle Mängel festzustellen und zu melden! Grundsätzlich interessiert mich kein Riss im Klodeckel oder Macken im Holz..., aber wir mussten eine Kaution von umgerechnet 74 € hinterlegen, die man erst zwei Wochen nach der Heimreise wiederbekommt....., vorausgesetzt, es ist alles in Ordnung! Also haben wir alle Mängel, es waren reichlich, fotografiert und der Argentur zukommen lassen! Allerdings dauerte dieser Prozess aufgrund der Verständigungsprobleme fast 1,5 Stunden....., und das ist nach über 4 Stunden Fahrt echt nervig!!! Wir konnten fließend Englisch und obwohl die Englischkentnisse von der Argentur extra hervorgehoben wurden, schauten wir nur ihn hilflose Gesichter!!! Daher unser Vorschlag, so wie es auch bei Autovermietungen läuft....., kurz vor Ort mit einer Person die Mängel schriftlich festhalten und gegenzeichnen..., das kostet allen Beteiligten viel weniger Zeit und Nerven!!! Ansonsten war es insgesamt ein toller und erholsamener Urlaub!
