Mixed feelings.

The lady at the desk was super kind and helpful. The hotel itself was shabby but they were doing construction to fix it. The a/c didn't work well. There was no back entrance because it was covered in paint cloths and drywall. The carpets were gross. The thing that really bothered me was that I had a room that connected to another one. I hate those rooms because as a woman traveling with my son they scare me.

$140 for a hotel in the middle of nowhere under construction. Our room was still covered in dust from the construction with no explanation. This isn’t on the staff, it’s 100% on Expedia and the property owner for not giving the patron a break. Hey, the refrigerator didn’t work in the room either…again, whoever owns the place is a penny pinching jerk and if this room was $60 I would have never said peep. $140?! I’m the idiot for sure. People should just spend that money on a sleeping bag and stay under a bridge, it’s about the same kind of vibe with more fun.

First time staying there ins some time. As I remembered, the staff were cordial and accommodating. Service staff went out of their way help and assist. Facility was under renovation. Changes to room made them more comfortable. Area around the immediate outside could use some sprucing up (butts, etc.)
