The room we were allocated was near the busy road and the Wi-Fi was not working so we asked to be moved. After a while waiting at reception we were moved to a better room with functioning Wi-Fi but the shower had erratic hot water and a shower head you had to hold otherwise it sprayed the opposite wall an soaked towel and anything that side of the shower

Very low quality amenities, low quality room, the entire resort is old and looks like it is falling appart. For the price we would have expected way better. The beds have bed bugs, we go bitten quite badly. Some days, there was no water coming out of the tap. The furnitures and fixtures are old and outdated. The entire resort needs a real overall. The only good point is the location whcih is great. Wont come back to this place for sure.

Very comfortable room with private plunge pool. The resort is a little bit tired but pleasant enough. There were a number of power cuts during our stay, one for several hours.

Special shout-out to Sharron, Tear and Saang for their kindness and excellent service! From expediting our room after a whole night of travel to their warm and friendly, eager to assist manner throughout our stay, these staff are really an asset to the resort. The location and amenities by the beach and the heart of Chaweng are amazing. 11/10 would stay here again even if the room and decor could do with a bit of upgrading.

This is a great hotel, only lacking in facilities. Bar closes early and so does the kitchen. Other than that the rooms are quite nice and the staff is kind, helpful and friendly
