5人の宿泊を代表して予約をしたが、代表者以外のチェックインが代表者がいないと出来ないと言われた。（5人の宿泊者名も勿論登録済み。） 代表者が車を止めに行っている間他の4人は15分程度チェックインを待たされていた。 結果的に代表者がいなくてもチェックイン出来たのだが、不手際が目立って気分を損ねた。

朝食会場が上層階でありエレベーターの移動しかなくチェックアウトと被るため時間に余裕をもった方がいいです。 エレベーター待ちで10分かかりました。 階段で降りたいけど非常時のみだったのでちょっと困りました。
